The Grandview at Las Vegas

See your Maintenance Dollars at Work!

Fresh New Lobby
A New Look in the Lobby

Out with the old and in with the new! We have freshened up the look of our lobby with beautiful new granite counter tops that are sure to catch your eye when you check in.  We also spruced up the walls with all-new wallpaper and colorful new artwork.

Say Hello
Welcome Brett Basham

If you see a new face around The Grandview, it might be Brett Basham, our newest maintenance supervisor. Brett brings over nine years of supervisor experience to his new role, and we're happy to have him on our team. Be sure to say hello if you see him on the job.

Going Green
New Hand Dryers

We're always looking for more ways to reduce our environmental impact. One of our newest environmental efforts includes energy-efficient hand dryers in the registration building bathrooms. These dryers use less energy while still eliminating paper towel waste.

Room Updates
Bedroom Refresh in Jasmine

Units in the Jasmine building now sport fresh new fixtures and amenities. If you're staying in Jasmine on your next visit, you'll notice all-new linens and carpet in the bedroom.

You'll also find new couches and area rugs in the living room as well as new curtains in both the living room and bedroom.

Things To Do in Las Vegas
Ride the High Roller

Las Vegas has no shortage of things to do! You may have noticed the towering 550-foot tall giant Ferris wheel on the Las Vegas strip, but have you experienced it yet?

The "High Roller" opened in 2014 and is currently the world's tallest Ferris wheel. A ride takes about 30 minutes, and tickets are available at the entrance.
