Massanutten is a resort community located in the heart of Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. To the east are the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, to the west are the Alleghenies. Our properties have spectacular views of the Shenandoah Valley.

All accommodations offer the modern amenities you would expect in a first class resort like Massanutten. When Massanutten was created, the developers had families in mind. Today year around activities take place in two indoor sports complexes. There families can enjoy planned group activities for all ages, swimming, racquetball, saunas, and fitness centers.

Hiking, biking and golf are enjoyed throughout most of the year. Winter fun includes downhill skiing, and a tubing park that has become a fun place for children from 6 to 60+. The resort's terrain park offers lots of jumps, rails, boxes, table-tops and spine jumps.

And if there isn't enough to keep you and your family entertained on our Mountain, the nearby area is overflowing with attractions to delight history buffs, antique shoppers, hikers and naturalists. Within a two hours drive you can also visit Washington, our nation's capital, and Richmond where Patrick Henry gave his famous "Give me liberty or give me death." speech at St. John's Church.
