- Resort fee: $50.00 for one-and two-bedrooms for RCI guests & $50.00 for a one-bedroom & $75.00 for two-bedrooms for rental guests (One fee per reservation)

- Security: Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday 24-hours
