Berkshire Mountain Lodge is not responsible for any items left behind.
Berkshire Mountain Lodge is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the resort at 413.997.3537 to notify the staff of late arrivals.
Yes. If you arrive at Berkshire Mountain Lodge earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If unavailable at your arrival time, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.
To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. A late check-out fee of $25.00 per hour will apply. After 12:00 PM, an additional day will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.
The minimum age to check in is 21.
A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.
There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.
Yes. A non-refundable $20.00 resort fee is collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes WiFi, resort activities (schedule provided at the front desk), access to the fitness center and business center, board game & DVD library, washer and dryer usage, and use of an in-room safe. The resort fee applies to all guests, including Vacation Village Resorts Owners, RCI Exchanges, and rentals.

Berkshire Mountain Lodge is one building with 146 spacious one-bedroom suites. The resort has five floors with elevators.
Yes. Call the resort at 413.997.3537 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.
Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Berkshire Mountain Lodge owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations, so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge offers free parking for all owners and guests. There is also 24-hour security throughout the resort.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge has a back parking lot that can accommodate guests with recreational vehicles. Please contact the resort at 413.997.3537 before arrival to inform the staff that you will be coming with an RV.
No. There are no electric vehicle charging stations at Berkshire Mountain Lodge.
Yes. At Berkshire Mountain Lodge, we understand that pets are an extension of your family. We are one of few resorts in the area that offers a limited number of pet-friendly suites. Dogs must be less than 35 pounds, and the resort must approve before arrival. Please contact the resort directly at 413.997.3537 for availability and fees.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge will accept package deliveries for our registered owners and guests free of charge. There is a 20-pound weight limit per box. Prior arrangements with the resort must be made. Please contact the front desk at 413.997.3537 for more information.
Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge does not offer daily housekeeping; however, guests staying seven or more nights will receive one mid-stay light tidy/touch-up service, which includes changing the bed linens, vacuuming, and dusting. Extra cleaning is available upon request at an additional charge.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge is a smoke-free and vape-free property.
Yes. Rollaway beds and Pack-‘n-Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must be present in the suite to receive the delivery. Charges may apply.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge does not offer any discounted tickets to Jiminy Peak.
Albany International Airport (ALB) is one hour away from Berkshire Mountain Lodge.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge does not offer shuttle transportation to or from the airport. We recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort is approximately 30 minutes away from Berkshire Mountain Lodge. Our owners and guests can visit Jiminy Peak for snow activities, including skiing, snowboarding, or snow tubing. They also have a mountain coaster. Yes. The indoor swimming pool at Berkshire Mountain Lodge is heated.
Berkshire Mountain Lodge has one heated indoor swimming pool on the first floor. Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are provided in the pool area. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool area, near the restrooms, or on the gate leading into the pool.
The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge has an outdoor hot tub on the first floor, just outside the indoor pool, and it is open year-round.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge does not have a children’s pool.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge offers weekly planned resort activities for all ages. The schedule is provided at the time of check-in. You may call the front desk at 413.997.3537 to inquire about any activities available during your vacation.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge has a children’s playground located at the north end of the building. It’s open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge has an arcade/game room with vending machines on the first floor. It’s open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
In addition to the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, playground, and arcade, Berkshire Mountain Lodge also has a Grand Salon, an indoor area with sofa seating. It is on the first floor, and there is also a cozy fireplace and TV for guests to watch movies each night.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge does not have a restaurant on-site; however, there are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge offers gas barbecue grills at the north end of the building, and they are open seasonally. Grilling utensils can be picked up at the front desk.
Yes. Berkshire Mountain Lodge has a fitness center equipped with cardio and strength training machines. It’s on the first floor next to the indoor pool, and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. For your convenience, Berkshire Mountain Lodge has a business center equipped with computers and printers in the main lobby on the first floor. It’s open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The suites at Berkshire Mountain Lodge offer our owners and guests a spacious one-bedroom floor plan designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have carpet in the living areas and bedroom and wood-like flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
No. Berkshire Mountain Lodge only offers one-bedroom suites with approximately 850 sq. feet, and there are no adjoining or connecting rooms. The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people.
The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people, which includes two individuals sleeping on a queen-size sleeper sofa.
No. None of the suites at Berkshire Mountain Lodge have a patio or balcony.
All the suites at Berkshire Mountain Lodge feature a full-appointed kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker (a starter pack of filters and pre-filtered coffee is provided), toaster, and a blender.
Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, and pans, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for six in each one-bedroom suite.
Each suite at Berkshire Mountain Lodge features a television in the living room and bedroom, a DVD player in the living room, and WiFi internet access.
Yes. All the suites at Berkshire Mountain Lodge have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
All the suites at Berkshire Mountain Lodge have a dual-access bathroom with a standard tub/shower. An amenity kit with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and makeup remover is included in each bathroom. In addition, all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
