The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the resort at 702.248.3570 to notify the staff of late arrivals. In addition, there is a security guard onsite daily from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Yes. If you arrive at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. However, if it is unavailable upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.
To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.
The minimum age to check in is 21.
A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.
There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.
Yes. A non-refundable $50.00 plus tax resort fee is collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation) for exchangers. A $10.00 plus tax per night resort fee is collected for renters. It includes WIFI, shuttle service to The Strip, Fremont Street, Red Rock Casino, Las Vegas South Premium Outlets, and the grocery store (schedule provided at the front desk), DVD and board game library, access to the fitness center and business center, and use of an in-room safe.

The Cliffs at Peace Canyon features 22 buildings with 176 suites. There are 112 two-bedroom suites and 64 one-bedroom suites. All buildings have two floors and no elevators.
Yes. Call the resort at 702.248.3570 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, suite location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.
Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to The Cliffs at Peace Canyon owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.
Yes. You may upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom suite. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 702.248.3570 for more information.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offers free reserved, covered parking for owners and guests (one space per suite). In addition, there is a security guard onsite daily from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Yes. Boats, trailers, trucks, campers, recreational vehicles, and vans are permitted at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon, provided they are at most 20 feet or wider than 8 feet. Please contact the resort at 702.248.3570 for recommendations for alternative parking.
Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the back of the resort by Building J.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not allow pets.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon owners and guests can receive two complimentary packages per reservation. After the second package, each box has an additional charge of $5.00. Recipients must be a registered guest; A photo ID and tracking number are required to pick up a package at the front desk.
Packages are only accepted within three days of check-in & will be returned five days after delivery if no one picks them up. We cannot accept oversized packages or packages weighing more than 25 pounds.
Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.
No. Although daily housekeeping is unavailable at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon, housekeeping services are available upon request for a minimal fee.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon is a smoke-free resort. Smoking outside is permitted; however, The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not provide guests with designated smoking areas.
Yes. Rollaway beds and cribs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only one rollaway bed is permitted per suite. Guests must be present in the suite to receive the delivery. Charges may apply.
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 15 minutes from The Cliffs at Peace Canyon.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not offer shuttle transportation to or from the airport. Instead, recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
The world-famous Las Vegas Strip is a 20-minute drive from The Cliffs at Peace Canyon.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offers a shuttle service to The Strip. In addition to transportation to The Strip, our resort provides shuttle service to Fremont Street, Red Rock Casino, and Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. Seating is limited, and reservations are required. The schedule is provided at check-in.
The Cliffs at Peace Canyon provides a shuttle service to the nearest grocery store (e.g., Smith’s Food and Drug store). In addition, grocery store transportation can be provided during the day trip to The Strip. The grocery store is on the way to and from The Strip.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon has one outdoor heated swimming pool with water features. It’s located in the center of the resort, behind the clubhouse.
The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon has one outdoor hot tub near the pool.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not have a children’s pool.
No. No weekly planned or organized activities are available at this time; however, The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offers two family areas that kids can use with their parents or guardians. The “Canyon Room” provides a television, sofa, and books to read. There is also a multi-purpose room with tables and chairs where guests can check out board games and play cards. Both the Canyon Room and the multi-purpose room are located in the clubhouse.
The Cliffs at Peace Canyon also offers an Activity Center to the right of the resort beside Building E. There is a ping-pong table and foosball table in there for our owners and guests to enjoy.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not have a children’s playground.
No. Although The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not have an arcade, the resort does have a Billiards table available inside the clubhouse. Visit the front desk to pick up the Billiards equipment.
The Cliffs at Peace Canyon also offers an Activity Center to the right of the resort beside Building E. There is a ping-pong table and foosball table in there for our owners and guests to enjoy.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon does not have a restaurant; however, complimentary coffee is available in the morning inside the Canyon Room.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon has multiple gas barbecue grills behind the swimming pool and fitness center. You can pick up the grilling utensils at the front desk. You will also find an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs with seating in that same area.
Yes. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon has a fitness center equipped with cardio and weight machines located in the center of the resort, behind the clubhouse and swimming pool. In addition, ice and vending machines are available inside, and the fitness center is open daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
Yes. A business center equipped with computers and printers is in the clubhouse for your convenience. The business center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The suites at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offer our owners and guests spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans that are designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have ceramic tile in the living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms and carpeted floors in the bedrooms.
No. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon offers two-bedroom suites contained in the same unit. The primary and guest bedrooms are on opposite sides to the living room. They can accommodate up to six guests.
The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people, which includes two individuals sleeping on a queen-size sleeper sofa. The two-bedroom suite can sleep up to six - two in each bedroom and two on a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Yes. Each suite at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon has a private patio or balcony with a table and chairs.
All suites feature a fully-appointed kitchen equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker (a starter pack of filters is provided), and toaster.
Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, and pans, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for six in each one-bedroom suite and dinnerware for eight in the two-bedroom suites.
Each suite at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon features a television in the living room and bedrooms, cable television with HBO®, a DVD player in the living room, and WiFi internet access.
Yes. One-bedroom suites have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Two-bedroom suites have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. In addition, all suites have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
One-bedroom suites have an oval garden tub/shower in the primary bathroom, and two-bedroom suites also have an oval garden tub/shower in the primary bathroom and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Yes. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.
Yes. All suites are provisioned with sample-size shampoo, bar soap, and lotion. However, we recommend that you bring your own toiletries.
Yes. For your convenience, all suites at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon have a full-size washer and dryer and a starter pack of laundry detergent.
Yes. Each suite has an iron and ironing board.
Yes. Each suite has a safe with an electronic keypad in the primary bedroom closet.
