The Grandview at Las Vegas is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Please call the resort at 702.966.4700 to notify the staff of late arrivals.
Yes. If you arrive at The Grandview at Las Vegas earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If unavailable, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.
To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.
The minimum age to check in is 21.
A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at the time of check-in.
There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.
Yes. A non-refundable resort fee is collected at check-in (one fee per reservation). The resort fee for RCI guests is $50.00 for a one or two-bedroom suite, and the resort fee for rental reservations is $50.00 for a one-bedroom and $75.00 for a two-bedroom suite. It includes WiFi, the activity pool, gas barbecue areas, free HBO channels, fitness center and business center access, a 9-hole miniature golf (putting course), a board game library, free local phone calls, and the use of an in-room safe. The resort fee applies to all guests, including Vacation Village Resorts Owners, RCI Exchanges, and rentals.

The Grandview at Las Vegas features eight buildings with a total of 2,256 one-bedroom suites (or 1,128 two-bedroom lockoff suites). Buildings vary between 12-21 floors with elevators.

Yes. Call the resort at 702.966.4700 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.
Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Grandview at Las Vegas owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor all special requests based on availability.
Yes. You may upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom suite. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 702.966.4700 for more information.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas offers free parking for all owners and guests. In addition, there is a parking garage next to the Daisy Building for those who want covered parking. For your safety, we also offer 24-hour resort security throughout the property.
No. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not permitted at The Grandview at Las Vegas. Please contact the resort at 702.966.4700 for recommendations on available, approved parking.
Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the parking garage.
No. The Grandview at Las Vegas does not allow pets.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas accepts packages. Guests may receive two complimentary packages for each reservation. Packages exceeding two will be charged $5.00 per package. Recipients must be registered guests, and a photo ID and the package tracking number are required for pickup.
Packages are only accepted within three days of the expected check-in date & will be returned five days after delivery. We cannot accept oversized packages or packages weighing more than 25 pounds.
Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.
No. Although daily housekeeping is unavailable at The Grandview at Las Vegas, complimentary linen exchanges and toiletries are provided upon request. Extra cleaning is available at an additional charge.
No. Since May 2018, The Grandview at Las Vegas has been a smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking outside is permitted, with designated smoking areas located outside all buildings.
Yes. Rollaway beds and cribs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Charges may apply. High chairs are complimentary and based on availability. Guests must be present in the suite to receive the delivery.
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is approximately 15 minutes from The Grandview at Las Vegas.
Since January 23, 2020, shuttle service to and from the airport has not been available. We recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
The world-famous Las Vegas Strip is less than six miles from The Grandview at Las Vegas. It’s an easy 15-minute drive.
No. Since August 19, 2018, shuttle service to The Strip has not been available. We recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
The Grandview at Las Vegas provides a shuttle service to the nearest grocery store (e.g., Neighborhood Walmart). It’s available daily from 8:30 AM to 10:45 AM, and the shuttle pick-up location is behind the Main Pool.
Reservations are required. Call the resort at 702.966.4700 to make a reservation during your vacation stay. Seating is limited.
Yes. South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa is conveniently located next door within walking distance. Some of their many amenities include a 16-screen Century Theatre movie complex, a 64-lane bowling center, and 60-lane tournament bowling plaza, and a variety of 11 restaurants that cater to all appetites and tastes. Their casino features a large selection of table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Progressive Fortune Pai-Gow Poker, No Commission Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold 'em with Progressive, and Three Card Poker with Progressive. More than 2,200 of the most popular slot and video poker machines featuring ticket-in, ticket-out technology.
Yes. All five outdoor swimming pools at The Grandview at Las Vegas are heated.
The Grandview at Las Vegas has five heated outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs for your enjoyment.
The Main Pool (with two swimming pools adjacent to one another) is located at the Primrose and Sage buildings. The activity pool is at the Rosemary Building. In addition, there is a pool at the Jasmine Building and another pool (known as the quiet pool) at the Iris Building.
Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are available at each pool. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool area, near the restrooms, or on the gate leading into the pool.
The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas has five hot tubs, one by each pool.

Yes. The arcade/game room on the second floor of the Registration Building is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. In addition to the video games, this area has two billiards tables and a ping pong table. You can pick up the billiards and ping-pong equipment at the front desk.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas has a deli, coffee, and souvenir shop called “Scotty Beans Char Broiler & Gift Shop.” You can purchase hot and cold breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as other items such as groceries, sundries, and Las Vegas-themed gifts. They are open Mondays & Tuesdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Fridays through Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Scotty Beans is located by the fitness centers and the Main Pool.

Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas has multiple barbeque grills throughout the resort, specifically at the Sage, Rosemary, and Iris Buildings. You can pick up the grilling utensils at the front desk daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas has two equipped fitness centers by the Main Pool near Scotty Beans Char Broiler & Gift Shop. One of the fitness centers is for cardio only, and it includes treadmills, weighted balls, and yoga mats. The second fitness center is for strength training, offering multiple weight training machines and dumbbells. Both fitness centers are open daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight.
Yes. For your convenience, The Grandview at Las Vegas offers an internet lounge equipped with computers and printers on the first floor of the Registration Building. It’s open daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight. Books are also available for you to read and free coffee is served daily.
The suites at The Grandview at Las Vegas offer our owners and guests spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have ceramic tile in the living areas, kitchen, and bathroom, and carpeted floors in the bedrooms.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas offers two-bedroom lockoff suites, which are two adjoining one-bedroom suites with a common foyer. That means you would have two living rooms, two dining rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two one-bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.
The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people. The two-bedroom lockoff suite can sleep up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.
No. None of the suites at The Grandview at Las Vegas have a patio or balcony.
All suites feature a fully-appointed kitchen equipped with stove/oven, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker (a starter pack of filters is provided), blender, and toaster.
Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, and pans, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for six in each one-bedroom suite.
Each suite at The Grandview at Las Vegas features a television in the living room and bedrooms, cable television with HBO®, a DVD player in the living room, and WiFi internet access.
Yes. All suites feature a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the guest bedroom.
All primary bedrooms feature either a jetted tub or an oversized soaking tub. All primary bathrooms have an enclosed walk-in shower and double sink vanity. In consideration of guests staying in neighboring rooms, jetted tub usage is restricted to between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Yes. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.
Yes. The Grandview at Las Vegas provides a sample-size shampoo, bar soap, and lotion in the bathrooms. However, we recommend that you bring your own toiletries.
Yes. For your convenience, all suites at The Grandview at Las Vegas have a washer and dryer and a starter pack of laundry detergent.
Yes. Each suite has an iron and ironing board.
Yes. Each suite has a safe with an electronic keypad in the primary bedroom closet.
