    • What time are the check-in and check-out?

      +

      The check-in time is 4:00 PM local time, and the check-out time is promptly at 10:00 AM. “The Pink Palace” is located at 181 Ocean Avenue, Palm Beach, FL 33404.

      Before you depart, we kindly request that you take a few minutes to:

      • Place TV remote controls with the TV.
      • Leave all soiled linens and towels in the bathroom.
      • Start the dishwasher.

      Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is not responsible for any items left behind.

    • What are the front desk hours for Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the resort at 561.863.4000 to notify the staff of late arrivals.

    • Is early check-in or late check-out available?

      Yes. If you arrive at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If unavailable at your arrival time, you will still be able to enjoy the resort facilities. We will gladly store your luggage while you wait for your suite to be ready and kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.

      To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

    • How old do you have to be to check in?

      The minimum age to check in is 21.

    • What identification and type of credit card are accepted to check in?

      +

      A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.

      For guests who want to charge purchases from the restaurant, poolside Tiki Bar, and Spa directly to their room, an additional $150.00 authorization is taken at check-in and issued a resort card. If this convenience is not desired, authorization is waived.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.

    • Are there any extra fees that are not included with a reservation?

      If guests would like charging privileges that would allow them to charge purchases from the restaurant, poolside Tiki Bar, and Spa directly to their room, then an additional $150.00 authorization is taken at check-in. The guest would then be given a resort card. If this convenience is not desired, the authorization is waived, and the resort card is not given.

    • How many buildings does Palm Beach Shores and Vacation Villas have?

      Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is one large pink building hence our nickname, “The Pink Palace.” It has a total of 260 suites with ten being two-bedroom suites (non-lock off/ non-adjoining). The resort has six floors with four elevators.

    • Can a specific building or view be requested?

      Yes. Call the resort at 561.863.4000 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.

      Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.

    • Is it possible to upgrade to a two-bedroom?

      No. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas no longer allows owners or guests to upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom suite.

    • Can a handicap-accessible room be requested?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making reservations, so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.

    • Is parking free?

      +

      No. There is a parking fee of $10.00 per day for complimentary valet and self-parking for all registered owners and guests. This will be an added charge to your suite. In addition, Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has 24-hour security throughout the property.

      For resort visitors, the parking fee is $5.00 per day for complimentary valet (cash only).

    • Is RV parking permitted at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      No. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment parking is not permitted at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas. Please contact the resort at 561.863.4000 for recommendations on available, approved parking.

    • Are there Electric Vehicle charging stations at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      No. There are no electric vehicle charging stations at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas.

    • Is Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas pet-friendly?

      No. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas does not allow pets.

    • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas accept packages for guests?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas will accept package deliveries for our registered owners and guests. There is a $25.00 fee for one package and an additional $25.00 fee for two or three boxes. Large packages are subject to a $50.00 fee.

    • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas offer free WiFi?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores and Vacation Villas offers free WiFi to all owners and guests.

    • Is daily housekeeping available at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      Yes. Owners and exchangers arriving on Saturday receive full housekeeping services, including linen changes, on Wednesday. Sunday arrivals receive full service on Thursday. Renters receive full service daily. If extra housekeeping service is needed, the daily fee is $15.00. Trash removal and fresh towel service are performed daily for all rooms.

    • Is smoking permitted at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      All suites are non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on balconies or patios. The pool area is non-smoking; however, a designated area is in the back near the beach boardwalk.

    • Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?

      Yes. Rollaway beds and Pack-‘n-Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Cribs will always be made available. High chairs and strollers may be rented through a participating third-party vendor and delivered to your room at an additional charge. Guests must be present in the suite to receive the delivery.     • Is the pool at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas heated?

      +

      The outdoor swimming pool at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is heated only in winter.

    • Where is the pool located?

      +

      Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has one heated outdoor swimming pool located in the back of the resort. Pool floats are not permitted in the swimming pool. Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are provided at the small shack in the pool area.

      The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for a 30-minute period. If belongings have been removed, please check with staff at the pool shack. For your safety, as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool area, nea the restrooms, or on the gate leading in the pool.

    • What are the pool hours?

      The pool hours are from dawn to dusk. Swimming is allowed until 11:00 PM as long as the noise is minimal.

    • Is there a hot tub at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has a hot tub by the swimming pool adjacent to the Tiki Bar.

    • Can resort guests bring their own chairs to the beach?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas owners and guests may use their own beach chairs on the north or south side of the resort only, within the resort’s private beach area that offers food and beverage service.

      For the safety of all guests, you cannot bring a beach umbrella. Only approved commercial quality and weighted umbrellas used by the beach attendant are permitted.

    • Is the beach open at night?

      Yes. The private beach at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is available at night. Each year from March 1st through October 31st, all beachfront properties must remain "dark" due to Sea Turtle Season. According to the county code regulations, exterior light sources directly visible from the beach or illuminating areas seaward of the primary dune must be turned off between sunset and sunrise during nesting season. Therefore, don't be surprised to see a red LED light displayed inside the swimming pool during Sea Turtle Season.

    • Are beach cabanas or chairs available to rent?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is partnered with “Beach Services of Palm Beach,” a third-party vendor that supplies our owners and guests with covered cabanas and umbrellas with chairs for only *$40.00 per day for a set. Weekly rates are also available. *Prices are subject to change at any time.

    • Are there water sports/activities available at the beach?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is partnered with “Get Wet Watersports,” a third-party vendor that offers our owners and guests water activities like parasailing, jet skis, kayaking, snorkeling, and even sunset cruises.     • Is there a children’s pool at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      No. Even though Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas does not have a children’s pool, there’s still plenty of activities for children to participate in during their vacation. There are daily poolside activities and an activities room called “Crafts By the Shore.” The activities room is on the first floor, next to the Gift Shop.     • Are there any activities for kids at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas offers daily resort activities. You can find them posted near the check-in desk in the front lobby. There is also an activities room called “Crafts By the Shore” on the first floor, next to the Gift Shop.       No. Even though Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas does not have a children’s playground, one is available next door at the Riviera Municipal Beach. This beach also offers two volleyball courts for children and their families to enjoy.

    • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have an arcade?

      No. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas does not have an arcade or game room.

    • What other activities and amenities does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have for guests?

      Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has a Gift Shop on the first floor. Snacks, souvenirs, postcards, swimwear, and more may be purchased here. It is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

      In addition, the Nail Salon & Spa is on the first floor and is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.     • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have a restaurant?

      Yes. The restaurant at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas is called “The Islander Grill and Tiki Bar.” It is located on the first floor and offers indoor and outdoor seating.

      This full-service restaurant is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM with nightly live entertainment. The poolside Tiki Bar has both food and drinks, and is open daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Additional poolside bar seating is available to the left-hand side of the Tiki Bar.

      Within walking distance of Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas, you will find some savory and delicious restaurant options at the Ocean Walk complex. Mulligans Beach House Bar and Grill, Johnny Longboats, and Two Drunken Goats are among the more popular places you may choose to dine.

    • Are there barbecue grills available at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      No. Even though Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas does not have any barbecue grills, our owners and guests may choose to visit Riviera Municipal Beach next door, which has several grills available.

    • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have a fitness center?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has a fitness center equipped with cardio and weight-training machines. It’s on the first floor, next to the Nail Salon & Spa. The fitness center is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

      For more active guests, Rock Fitness is located at the north end of the Ocean Walk complex, and they offer discounted Day passes for our guests.     • Are public computers and printers available at Palm Beach Shores and Vacation Villas?

      No. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas does not have any computers for guests to use during their stay; however, there is an air printer available at the front desk. One of our staff members can assist you with anything you may need to print from your wireless devices.

    • Where is the Vacation Village Resorts Adirondack chair to take photos at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      You can’t miss it! Our blue oversized Adirondack chair is in front of the swimming pool next to the Tiki Bar. We encourage our Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas owners and guests to sit on the chair and take photos to share on their social media platforms using #VacationVillage.

    • How are the suites laid out at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas?

      The suites at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas offer our owners and guests spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have ceramic tile in the living areas, kitchen, and bathroom, and carpeted floors in the bedrooms.

    • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have adjoining/connecting rooms?

      Yes. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas has a select number of adjoining suites, which are two one-bedroom suites with a connecting door. That means you would have two living rooms, two dining rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

      The two-bedroom lockoff suites can sleep up to eight people, two in the primary bedroom with the king-size bed, two in the second primary bedroom with two double-size beds, and two in each sleeper sofa in each one-bedroom.

    • How many people can each suite sleep?

      The one-bedroom suite (with a king-size bed) can accommodate up to four people, including two sleeping on a queen-size sleeper sofa. The one-bedroom suite (with two double-size beds) can sleep up to four people, which includes one guest in each double-size bed and two on the sleeper sofa. The two-bedroom lockoff suite can sleep up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite, as this suite comes with a king-size bed, two double-size beds, and two sleeper sofas. The two-bedroom non-lock-off suite can sleep up to six people, and it is one suite with two king-size beds and a sleeper sofa.

    • Do all the rooms have a patio or balcony?

      Most of the Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas suites have a private patio or balcony with a table and chairs. However, there are a few that do not include one.

    • What appliances are in the kitchen?

      All the suites at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas feature a fully-appointed kitchen equipped with a two-burner hot plate, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker (a starter pack of filters is provided), a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and blender.

    • What type of cookware and dinnerware is in the kitchen?

      Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, and pans, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for six in each one-bedroom suite.

    • What entertainment options are available in each suite?

      Each Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas suite features a television in the living room and bedroom, cable television with HBO® and pay-per-view movies, a DVD player in the living room, and WiFi internet access.

    • Do all bedrooms have a king-size bed?

      Most of the suites at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. There are a limited number of one-bedroom suites with two double-size beds in the primary bedroom. All suites have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

    • Is there a jetted tub or walk-in shower in the bathroom?

      All the suites at Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas have an oversized bathroom with a standard tub, an enclosed walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and hairdryer.

    • Is there a hair dryer?

      Yes. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.

    • Does Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash?

      No. Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas will only include a sample-size bar soap in the bathrooms. However, we recommend that you bring your own toiletries.

    • Is there a washer and dryer in the room?

      No. There are shared washers and dryers located on floors 2 and 6. They are coin-operated, or payment can also be made using the app displayed on the laundry equipment.

    • Is there an iron and ironing board?

      Yes. Each suite has an iron and ironing board.

      Yes. Each suite has a safe with an electronic keypad in the primary bedroom closet.
