    • What time are the check-in and check-out?

      +

      The check-in time is 4:00 PM local time, and the check-out time is promptly at 10:00 AM. The front desk is located inside the Grand Clubhouse at 8545 West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34747.

      Before you depart, we kindly request that you take a few minutes to:

      1. Place TV remote controls with the TV.
      2. Leave all soiled linens and towels in the bathroom.
      3. Start the dishwasher.

      The Berkley, Orlando is not responsible for any items left behind.

    • What are the front desk hours for The Berkley, Orlando?

      The front desk at The Berkley, Orlando is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Please call the resort at 321.329.7000 to notify the staff of late arrivals.

      A security guard is stationed at the resort’s front gate entrance daily from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. They will provide room keys to owners and guests who have called in advance notifying that they will be arriving after 11:00 PM.

    • Is early check-in or late check-out available?

      Yes. If you arrive at The Berkley, Orlando earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If unavailable at your arrival time, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.

      To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. A late check-out fee of $150.00 per hour will apply. After 12:00 PM, an additional day will be charged. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

    • How old do you have to be to check in?

      The minimum age to check in is 21.

    • What identification and type of credit cards are accepted to check in?

      +

      A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any incidentals to the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.

    • Are there any extra fees that are not included with a reservation?

      Yes. A non-refundable $30.00 resort fee is collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes WiFi, scheduled shuttle service to Magic Kingdom® Park, EPCOT®, SeaWorld® Orlando, and Universal Studios Florida, access to the private movie theater, billiards room, fitness center, and business center, and use of an in-room safe. For nightly rentals, a $10.00 resort fee per night is collected at check-in. The resort fee applies to all guests, including Vacation Village Resorts Owners, RCI Exchanges, and rentals.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any incidentals to the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card.     • How many buildings does The Berkley, Orlando have?

      The Berkley, Orlando is situated on over 35 acres and is surrounded by two beautiful lakes. There are currently two buildings on the property with a total of 80 suites, and each building has five floors with two elevators. In addition, over 30+ acres of vacant land are available for our future expansion.

    • Can a specific building or view be requested?

      Yes. Call the resort at 321.329.7000 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.

      Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to The Berkley, Orlando owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.

    • Is it possible to upgrade to a larger room?

      Yes. You may upgrade from a two-bedroom suite to a three- or four-bedroom suite or three-bedroom to a four-bedroom. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 321.329.7000 for more information.

    • Can a handicap-accessible room be requested?

      Yes. The Berkley, Orlando has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.

    • Is parking free?

      Yes. The Berkley, Orlando offers free parking for all owners and guests. In addition, overnight security is provided daily from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    • Is RV parking permitted at The Berkley, Orlando?

      No. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment is not permitted at The Berkley, Orlando. Please contact the resort at 321.329.7000 for recommendations on available, approved parking.

    • Are there Electric Vehicle charging stations at The Berkley, Orlando?

      Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are located in the first parking lot.

    • Is The Berkley, Orlando pet-friendly?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando does not allow pets.

    • Is daily housekeeping available at The Berkley, Orlando?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando does not offer daily housekeeping; however, owners and guests staying five nights or more will receive one mid-stay cleaning between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM during their vacation. This includes making beds, replacing toiletries, and light tidying the suite. We do not provide additional or exchange towels.

      You may leave your trash outside your door between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM to be collected. Trash chutes are also available on each building floor across from the elevators.

    • Is smoking permitted at The Berkley, Orlando?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando is a smoke-free and vape-free resort. Smoking in the suites and balconies will result in a non-refundable $300.00 charge. Smoking outside is permitted, and the designated smoking area is located on the wooden deck area by the swimming pool.

    • Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando does not offer rollaway beds for small children; however, Pack-‘n-Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests may call before their arrival date to request to receive the delivery, and they must be present in the suite to receive it. Charges may apply.

    • Does The Berkley, Orlando offer discounted theme park tickets for guests?

    • Are the pools at The Berkley, Orlando heated?

      The U-shaped outdoor swimming pool at The Berkley, Orlando is heated. The outdoor lap pool is not heated.

    • Where are the pools located?

      +

      The Berkley, Orlando has one heated, outdoor, resort-style swimming pool and an outdoor lap pool. Both are located behind the clubhouse. Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pol towels are provided in the swimming pool area. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool areas, near the restrooms, or on the gate leading into the pool.

    • What are the pool hours?

      The pool hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    • Is there a hot tub at The Berkley, Orlando?

      Yes. The Berkley, Orlando has a hot tub by the outdoor lap pool. There is also a wooden deck behind the pool for some private sunbathing.

    • Is there a children’s pool at The Berkley, Orlando?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando does not have a children’s pool.

    • Are there any activities for kids at The Berkley, Orlando?

      Yes. The Berkley, Orlando offers weekly planned activities for all ages, including aqua fitness, aqua Zumba, ice cream socials, and cash Bingo. A copy of the daily resort activities is provided at check-in. You can also call the front desk at 321.329.7000 to inquire about any daily activities available during your vacation.

      In addition, by the swimming pool, there is an outdoor ping pong table and cornhole boards. Inside the clubhouse, you will find an arcade/game room, billiards room, and private movie theater.

    • Does The Berkley, Orlando have an playground?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando does not have a children’s playground.

    • Does The Berkley, Orlando have an arcade?

      Yes. The Berkley, Orlando has an arcade/game room on the first floor of the clubhouse. It’s open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

      Nearby the arcade/game room is the billiards room. It’s also open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. You can pick up the billiard equipment at the front desk.

    • Where is the private movie theater?

      The private movie theater at The Berkley, Orlando is on the first floor of the clubhouse, and it is open daily from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. A copy of the movies and showtimes is provided at check-in. Use of the movie theater is by request and on a first-come, first-served basis (one movie per family).

      See the front desk to reserve your private viewing. Reserved theater will have a 15-minute grace period. There is no food or drinks allowed inside the movie theater.

    • What other amenities does The Berkley, Orlando offer guests?

      In addition to the resort’s heated, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor lap pool, hot tub, and private movie theater, The Berkley, Orlando also has an outdoor social area with an open-air balcony for our owners and guests to enjoy. The outdoor social area can be accessed through the elevators inside the clubhouse.

      Onsite massage services are available through a third-party spa company called Select Massage Inc. They are open seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. To make an appointment for an in-room massage during your vacation stay at The Berkley, Orlando, please call 866.977.7228 or visit selectmassageinc.com.

      A *meeting room is available inside the clubhouse with a full-service kitchen and it has a maximum capacity of 139. The meeting room must be reserved, and there is a $150.00 per hour fee for use. It includes up to eight tables, chairs, and linen.

      *At this time, we are not renting the meeting room. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • Does The Berkley, Orlando have a restaurant?

      No. Even though The Berkley, Orlando does not have a restaurant onsite, there are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area.

    • Are there barbecue grills available at The Berkley, Orlando?

      The suites at The Berkley, Orlando offer our owners and guests spacious two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have carpeted floors in the living areas and bedrooms and ceramic tile in the kitchens and bathrooms.

    • Does The Berkley, Orlando have adjoining/connecting rooms?

      No. The Berkley, Orlando doesn’t offer adjoining or connecting suites. Instead, the suites have multiple bedrooms that share the same living areas, dining room, and kitchen.

    • How many people can each suite sleep?

      The two-bedroom suite at The Berkley, Orlando can accommodate up to six guests, which includes two individuals sleeping on a queen-size sleeper sofa. The three-bedroom suites sleep up to eight, and the four-bedroom suite can sleep up to ten guests.

    • Do all the rooms have a patio or balcony?

      Yes. Each suite at The Berkley, Orlando has a private screened-in patio or balcony with a table and chairs.

    • What appliances are in the kitchen?

      Yes. The two-bedroom suites have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

      The three-bedroom standard suite has a king-size bed in the two primary bedrooms, a twin-size trundle bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

      The three-bedroom deluxe suite has a king-size bed in the two primary bedrooms, two twin-size trundle beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
