Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call the resort at 954.385.3650 to notify the staff of late arrivals.
Yes. If you arrive at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If it is unavailable at your arrival time, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.
To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.
The minimum age to check in is 21.
A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), or a $150.00 cash security deposit, and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.
There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any incidentals to the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.
Yes. A non-refundable $50.00 plus tax resort fee is collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation) for exchangers. A $15.00 plus tax per night resort fee is collected for renters. It includes WIFI, shuttle service to the local grocery store, discounts at participating merchants (must show room key), access to Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure’s resort amenities and activities such as aqua fitness, poolside cash Bingo, Concert by the Pool, access to the Social Center, fitness center and business center, and use of an in-room safe.

Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has two buildings (Addison and Vizcaya). There are 292 one-bedroom suites (or 146 two-bedroom lockoff suites). Both buildings have four floors with elevators.
Yes. Call the resort at 954.385.3650 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.
Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Mizner Place at Weston Town Center owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.
Yes. You may upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom suite or a partial kitchen to a full kitchen. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 954.385.3650 for more information.
Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.
Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers free parking in the covered parking garage for all owners and guests. In addition, there is 24-hour security throughout the property.
No. In accordance with the City of Weston’s Code Enforcements, no trailer, boat, or RV parking is permitted anywhere at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center. Please contact the resort at 954.385.3650 for recommendations on available, approved parking.
Yes.Electric vehicle charging stations are located on the first floor of the parking garage.
No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not allow pets. However, if you are traveling with your pet(s), consider staying at our sister resort, Vacation Village at Bonaventure. Please contact the resort directly at 954.384.9445 for availability and fees.
Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center owners and guests can receive up to two complimentary package deliveries per reservation. After the second package, each package delivery has an additional charge of $5.00. Packages must be addressed to the name on the reservation. Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.
No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not offer daily housekeeping; however, owners and guests staying seven or more nights will receive one full-service cleaning for each additional week.
Light housekeeping services are available upon request for a minimal fee.
No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is a smoke-free resort. However, smoking outside is permitted, and our resort provides guests with designated smoking areas.
Yes. Rollaway beds and Pack-n-Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other items, such as cribs and high chairs, may be rented through a participating local vendor. Guests must be present in the suite to receive delivery. Charges may apply.
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately 20 minutes from Mizner Place at Weston Town Center.
No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not offer shuttle transportation to or from the airport. We recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
Fort Lauderdale Beach is an easy 25-minute drive east of Mizner Place at Weston Town Center.
Miami Beach is approximately one hour south of Mizner Place at Weston Town Center.
No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not offer shuttle transportation to the beaches. We recommend a rental car, taxi, or ridesharing apps like Uber or Lyft.
Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers complimentary shuttle service to the closest grocery store (Publix) for all owners and guests.
The pickup and drop-off point is at the Addison fountain. Dial 954.385.3650 and extension “0” to reach the operator to request the resort shuttle.
Yes. The outdoor swimming pool at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is heated.
Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has one heated outdoor swimming pool behind the Addison Building. Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are provided at the Smoothie Bar by the pool. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool areas, near the restrooms, or on the gate leading into the pool.

There are pools available for our owners and guests to use at our sister resorts, Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure. The heated outdoor swimming pool at Vacation Village at Weston has a waterfall feature and it is located behind the Registration Building. Vacation Village at Bonaventure has five heated outdoor swimming pools.

No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not have a children’s pool, but there are daily poolside activities for children.

The children’s pool at Vacation Village at Weston has an umbrella-like water feature and it is located by the main swimming pool in front of the barbecue grills by the Ibis Building. The children’s pool at Vacation Village at Bonaventure is at the Heron Pool, behind the Heron II Building.
Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers weekly planned activities for all ages, including aqua fitness, poolside cash bingo, water games, and more. No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not have an arcade or game room. However, we do have a Social Center where our owners and guests can read, play video games, etc. It’s located inside the Addison Building and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. No. Even though Mizner Place at Weston Town Center doesn’t have a restaurant onsite, our resort does offer a poolside Smoothie Bar. It’s open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flavors include mango, piña colada, strawberry banana, passion fruit, and raspberry. $5.00 each - cash only.

Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has six barbecue grills by the pool area. Located on the left and right sides of the swimming pool is a barbecue area with a stone and quartz countertop design featuring two gas grills and a picnic table. In addition to those four gas grills, the resort offers two charcoal grills, one on each poolside. The resort provides the propane; however, we do not supply the charcoal.

You can also enjoy a picturesque lunch at one of the two gazebos at our sister resort, Vacation Village at Weston. One is behind the Ibis Building near the children’s pool, and the other is behind the Osprey Building. Both feature granite countertops and built-in gas grills.
In addition, Vacation Village at Bonaventure, has two picnic areas equipped with barbecue grills for our owners and guests to use. One is between the Heron buildings, and the other is at the Flamingo II Building.
Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weight training machines next to the Social Center in the Addison Building. It is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Our sister resort, Vacation Village at Weston, offers two indoor fitness centers for our owners and guests to use. They are located inside the resort’s Registration Building and are open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
In addition, Vacation Village at Bonaventure has outdoor fitness equipment for your use during your vacation. It features seven machines and is located between the Heron and Sandpiper buildings. Open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Yes. For your convenience, Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has a business center equipped with computers and a printer in the Addison Building. It’s located next to the elevators and near the Social Center. The business center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can’t miss it! Our orange oversized Adirondack chair is right in front of the swimming pool. We encourage our Mizner Place at Weston Town Center owners and guests to sit on the chair and take photos to share on their social media platforms using #VacationVillage.
Our sister resorts, Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure, also have their own Vacation Village Resorts Adirondack chairs, too. The suites at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offer our owners and guests spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Each suite’s living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have ceramic tile in the living areas, kitchen, and bathroom, and carpeted floors in the bedrooms.
Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers two-bedroom lockoff suites, which are two adjoining one-bedroom suites with a common foyer. That means you would have two living rooms, two dining rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two one-bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.
The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people, which includes two individuals sleeping on a queen-size sleeper sofa. The two-bedroom lockoff suite can sleep up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.
Yes. Each suite at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has a private patio or balcony with a table and chairs.
A Suites feature fully-appointed kitchens equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker (a starter pack of filters is provided), toaster, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and blender.
B Suites feature partial kitchens, which include most of the amenities of the A Suite, except for the stove/oven and dishwasher; instead, guests will have an electric cooktop for cooking.
Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, and pans, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for four in each one-bedroom suite.
Each suite at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center features a television in the living room and bedroom, a Blu-ray player in the living room, and WiFi internet access.
No. Only A Suites have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. B Suites have a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom. In addition, all suites have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
A Suites have a jetted tub in the primary bedroom and an enclosed walk-in shower with a double sink vanity in the bathroom. B Suites have a tub/shower in the bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.
Yes. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.
No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center will only include a sample-size bar soap in the bathrooms. However, we recommend you bring your own toiletries.
