    • What time are check-in and check-out?

      +

      The check-in time is 4:00 PM local time, and the check-out time is promptly at 10:00 AM. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is located at 1775 Bonaventure Road, Weston, FL 33326. The front desk is in the Addison Building.

      For your convenience, Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers two ways of checking out:

      1. If you need a receipt, please bring your keys to the front desk by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
      2. You can check out by phone by dialing ext. 0, leaving your full name and suite number on the answering system.

      Before you depart, we kindly request that you take a few minutes to:

      • Place TV remote controls with the TV.
      • Leave all soiled linens and towels in the bathroom.
      • Start the dishwasher.

      Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is not responsible for any items left behind.

    • What are the front desk hours for Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please call the resort at 954.385.3650 to notify the staff of late arrivals.

    • Is early check-in or late check-out available?

      Yes. If you arrive at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If it is unavailable at your arrival time, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.

      To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

    • How old do you have to be to check in?

      The minimum age to check in is 21.

    • What identification and type of credit cards are accepted to check in?

      +

      A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), or a $150.00 cash security deposit, and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at check-in time.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any incidentals to the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.

    • Are there any extra fees that are not included with a reservation?

      Yes. A non-refundable $50.00 resort fee is collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes WiFi, shuttle service to the local grocery store, discounts at participating merchants (must show room key), access to Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure’s resort amenities and activities such as aqua fitness, poolside cash Bingo, Concert by the Pool, access to the Social Center, fitness center and business center, and use of an in-room safe. The resort fee applies to all guests, including Vacation Village Resorts Owners, RCI Exchanges, and rentals.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any incidentals to the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.

    • How many buildings does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center have?

      Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has two buildings (Addison and Vizcaya). There are 292 one-bedroom suites (or 146 two-bedroom lockoff suites). Both buildings have four floors with elevators.

    • Can a specific building or view be requested?

      Yes. Call the resort at 954.385.3650 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.

      Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Mizner Place at Weston Town Center owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor special requests based on availability.

    • Is it possible to upgrade to a larger room?

      Yes. You may upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom suite or a partial kitchen to a full kitchen. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 954.385.3650 for more information.

    • Can a handicap-accessible room be requested?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.

    • Is parking free?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers free parking in the covered parking garage for all owners and guests. In addition, there is 24-hour security throughout the property.

    • Is RV parking permitted at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      No. In accordance with the City of Weston’s Code Enforcements, no trailer, boat, or RV parking is permitted anywhere at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center. Please contact the resort at 954.385.3650 for recommendations on available, approved parking.

    • Are there Electric Vehicle charging stations at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      Yes.Electric vehicle charging stations are located on the first floor of the parking garage.

    • Is Mizner Place at Weston Town Center pet-friendly?

      No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not allow pets. However, if you are traveling with your pet(s), consider staying at our sister resort, Vacation Village at Bonaventure. Please contact the resort directly at 954.384.9445 for availability and fees.

    • Does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center accept packages for guests?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center owners and guests can receive up to two complimentary package deliveries per reservation. After the second package, each package delivery has an additional charge of $5.00. Packages must be addressed to the name on the reservation.     • Does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offer free WiFi?

      Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.

    • Is daily housekeeping available at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not offer daily housekeeping; however, owners and guests staying seven or more nights will receive one full-service cleaning for each additional week.

      Light housekeeping services are available upon request for a minimal fee.

    • Is smoking permitted at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is a smoke-free resort. However, smoking outside is permitted, and our resort provides guests with designated smoking areas.

    • Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?

      Yes. Rollaway beds and Pack-n-Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Other items, such as cribs and high chairs, may be rented through a participating local vendor. Guests must be present in the suite to receive delivery. Charges may apply.

      Yes. The outdoor swimming pool at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center is heated.

    • Where is the pool located?

      Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has one heated outdoor swimming pool behind the Addison Building. Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are provided at the Smoothie Bar by the pool. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool areas, near the restrooms, or on the gate leading into the pool.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      There are pools available for our owners and guests to use at our sister resorts, Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure. The heated outdoor swimming pool at Vacation Village at Weston has a waterfall feature and it is located behind the Registration Building. Vacation Village at Bonaventure has five heated outdoor swimming pools.

      Their locations are as follows:

      • Heron Pool (2) - Between the Heron I and II buildings
      • Sandpiper Pool - Beside the Sandpiper II Building
      • Flamingo Pool - In front of the Flamingo I Building
      • Egret Pool - In front of the Egret Building

    • What are the pool hours?

      The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    • Is there a hot tub at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has a hot tub adjacent to the swimming pool.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      Our sister properties, Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure, each have a hot tub for our owners and guests to use as well. The hot tub at Vacation Village at Weston is by the main swimming pool located behind the Registration Building. The hot tub at Vacation Village at Bonaventure is at the Heron Pool, behind the Heron II Building.

    • Is there a children’s pool at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not have a children’s pool, but there are daily poolside activities for children.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      Our sister resorts, Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure, each have a children’s pool for our owners and guests to use during their vacation. The children’s pool at Vacation Village at Weston has an umbrella-like water feature and it is located by the main swimming pool in front of the barbecue grills by the Ibis Building. The children’s pool at Vacation Village at Bonaventure is at the Heron Pool, behind the Heron II Building.

    • Are there any activities for kids at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center offers weekly planned activities for all ages, including aqua fitness, poolside cash bingo, water games, and more. A copy of the daily resort activities is provided at check-in. You can also call the front desk at 954.385.3650 to inquire about any daily activities available during your vacation.

    • Does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center have a playground?

      No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not have a children's playground, but our sister resort, Vacation Village at Bonaventure, does. It is located in front of the Heron II Building and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    • Does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center have an arcade?

      No. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center does not have an arcade or game room. However, we do have a Social Center where our owners and guests can read, play video games, etc. It’s located inside the Addison Building and is open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.     • Does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center have a restaurant?

      No. Even though Mizner Place at Weston Town Center doesn’t have a restaurant onsite, our resort does offer a poolside Smoothie Bar. It’s open daily from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Flavors include mango, piña colada, strawberry banana, passion fruit, and raspberry. $5.00 each - cash only.

      Our sister resort, Vacation Village at Weston has a Tropical Gift Shop & Deli that sells cold and hot food, snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and more. It’s located inside the resort’s Registration Building and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      If you’re looking to venture out of the resort to grab a bite, nearby restaurants offer our Mizner Place at Weston Town Center guests a 10-20% discount when you show your room key. Call the Front Desk at 954.385.3650 to get a list of all the participating restaurants.

    • Are there barbecue grills available at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has six barbecue grills by the pool area. Located on the left and right sides of the swimming pool is a barbecue area with a stone and quartz countertop design featuring two gas grills and a picnic table. In addition to those four gas grills, the resort offers two charcoal grills, one on each poolside. The resort provides the propane; however, we do not supply the charcoal.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      You can also enjoy a picturesque lunch at one of the two gazebos at our sister resort, Vacation Village at Weston. One is behind the Ibis Building near the children’s pool, and the other is behind the Osprey Building. Both feature granite countertops and built-in gas grills.

      In addition, Vacation Village at Bonaventure, has two picnic areas equipped with barbecue grills for our owners and guests to use. One is between the Heron buildings, and the other is at the Flamingo II Building.

    • Does Mizner Place at Weston Town Center have a fitness center?

      Yes. Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has a fitness center equipped with treadmills and weight training machines next to the Social Center in the Addison Building. It is open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

      For your convenience, guests staying at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center can use the amenities at Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure.

      Our sister resort, Vacation Village at Weston, offers two indoor fitness centers for our owners and guests to use. They are located inside the resort’s Registration Building and are open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

      In addition, Vacation Village at Bonaventure has outdoor fitness equipment for your use during your vacation. It features seven machines and is located between the Heron and Sandpiper buildings. Open daily from sunrise to sunset.

    • Are public computers and printers available at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      Yes. For your convenience, Mizner Place at Weston Town Center has a business center equipped with computers and a printer in the Addison Building. It’s located next to the elevators and near the Social Center. The business center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Where is the Vacation Village Resorts Adirondack chair to take photos located at Mizner Place at Weston Town Center?

      You can’t miss it! Our orange oversized Adirondack chair is right in front of the swimming pool. We encourage our Mizner Place at Weston Town Center owners and guests to sit on the chair and take photos to share on their social media platforms using #VacationVillage.

      Our sister resorts, Vacation Village at Weston and Vacation Village at Bonaventure, also have their own Vacation Village Resorts Adirondack chairs, too. The blue oversized Adirondack chair at Vacation Village at Weston is in front of the main swimming pool and the blue oversized Adirondack chair at Vacation Village at Bonaventure is at the Heron Pool (behind the Heron II Building).
