    • What time are the check-in and check-out?

      +

      The check-in time is 4:00 PM local time, and check-out time is promptly at 10:00 AM. The front desk is located inside the Registration Building (Building 20) at 2975 Arabian Nights Boulevard, Kissimmee, FL 34747.

      For your convenience, Vacation Village at Parkway offers three ways of checking out:

      1. If you need a receipt, please bring your keys to the Registration Building (20) by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.
      2. We have a check-out box where you can drop off your room key in the Registration Building (20).
      3. You can check out by phone by dialing ext. 12241 from your suite and leaving your full name and suite number on the answering system.

      Before you depart, we kindly request that you take a few minutes to:

      • Place TV remote controls with the TV.
      • Leave all soiled linens and towels in the bathroom.
      • Start the dishwasher.

      Vacation Village at Parkway is not responsible for any items left behind.

    • What are the front desk hours for Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Vacation Village at Parkway is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please call the resort at 407.396.9086 to notify the staff of late arrivals.

    • Is early check-in or late check-out available?

      +

      Yes. If you arrive at Vacation Village at Parkway earlier and your assigned suite is available, we will be more than happy to check you in early. If it is unavailable at your arrival time, we kindly ask that you return at the regular check-in time of 4:00 PM.

      To request a later check-out time, please contact the front desk on the day of your departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on resort occupancy.

    • How old do you have to be to check in?

      The minimum age to check in is 21.

    • What identification and type of credit card are accepted to check in?

      +

      A picture ID, a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), and a confirmation/hotel voucher are required at the time of check-in.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card. If you use a debit card for the security deposit, it may take up to 14 business days after the hold has been released to show up on your bank statement.

    • Are there any extra fees that are not included with a reservation?

      Yes. A non-refundable $50.00 resort fee is collected at the time of check-in (one fee per reservation). It includes WiFi, limited local transportation, discounts at participating merchants (must show room key), scheduled shuttle service to and from select Disney theme parks and Universal Studios Florida , access to the fitness centers and business center, and use of an in-room safe. The resort fee applies to all guests, including Vacation Village Resorts Owners, RCI Exchanges, and rentals.

      There is also a refundable security deposit of $150.00 placed as a hold on a credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning required in the suite. Upon check-out, that security deposit is returned to the credit card.     • How many buildings does Vacation Village at Parkway have?

      Vacation Village at Parkway has 21 buildings with 2,848 one-bedroom suites (or 1,424 two-bedroom lockoff suites). Buildings vary between 7-14 floors with elevators.

    • Can a specific building or view be requested?

      +

      Yes. Call the resort at 407.396.9086 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. We accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.

      Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Vacation Village at Parkway owners, followed by Exchangers, but we will make every effort to honor all special requests based on availability.

    • Is it possible to upgrade to a larger room?

      Yes. You may upgrade from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom suite or a partial kitchen to a full kitchen. Upgrades are based on availability, and fees apply. Call the resort at 407.396.9086 for more information.

    • Can a handicap-accessible room be requested?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has designated suites that meet Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Please advise the staff of your needs when making a reservation so we can verify availability before confirming your reservation.

    • Is parking free?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway offers free parking for all owners and guests. In addition, there is a covered parking garage behind Buildings 7 and 8. For your safety, we also offer 24-hour security throughout the property.

    • Is RV parking permitted at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      No. Parking of recreational vehicles/equipment parking is not permitted at Vacation Village at Parkway. Please contact the resort at 407.396.9086 for recommendations on available, approved parking.

    • Are there Electric Vehicle charging stations at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are located by Buildings 20/21 and Buildings 16/17.

    • Is Vacation Village at Parkway pet-friendly?

      Yes. At Vacation Village at Parkway, we understand that pets are an extension of your family. We are one of the few resorts in the area that offers a limited number of pet-friendly suites located in Buildings 5 and 6. Dogs must be less than 35 pounds, and the resort must approve before arrival. Please contact the resort directly at 407.396.9086 for availability and fees.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway accept packages for guests?

      No. Vacation Village at Parkway does not accept package deliveries for owners or guests. However, service may be arranged by contacting the UPS store in nearby Celebration by calling 321.939.7678.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway offer free WiFi?

      Yes. WiFi is included in the resort fee.

    • Is daily housekeeping available at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      +

      No. Vacation Village at Parkway does not offer daily housekeeping; however, owners and guests staying seven or more nights will receive one full-service cleaning for each additional week.

      Light housekeeping services are available upon request for a minimal fee.

    • Is smoking permitted at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      No. Vacation Village at Parkway is a smoke-free resort. However, smoking outside is permitted, and our resort provides guests with designated smoking areas.

    • Are extra beds or cribs available for small children?

      Yes. Rollaway beds and Pack-’n-Play® are available on a first-come, first-served basis. One rollaway bed is available for A and C Suites. Due to the fire code regulations, B Suites are not permitted rollaway beds. Guests must be present in the suite to receive the delivery. Charges may apply.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway offer discounted theme park tickets for guests?

    • Are the pools at Vacation Village at Parkway heated?

      Yes. All seven outdoor swimming pools at Vacation Village at Parkway are heated.

    • Where are the pools located?

      Vacation Village at Parkway has seven heated outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs for your enjoyment.

      Their locations are as follows:

      • Pool 1 - Between Buildings 1 and 2
      • Pool 2 - Between Buildings 3 and 4
      • Pool 3 - Between Buildings 8 and 9 (This is our “quiet pool.”)
      • Pool 4 - Between Buildings 10, 11, and 12
      • Pool 5 - Behind Buildings 18 and 19
      • Pool 6 - Between Buildings 16 and 17 (This is our only walk-in pool.)
      • Pool 7 - Behind Building 20

      Poolside lounge chairs are available to our owners and guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Pool towels are available at each pool. The resort reserves the right to remove towels and personal belongings on chairs left unattended for an extended period. For your safety as well as the safety of others, please be sure to read the pool rules and regulations located in the pool areas, near the restrooms, or on the gate leading into the pool.

    • What are the pool hours?

      The pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, except for Pool 3. Pool 3 is our “quiet pool” and closes at 10:00 PM. Pool 3 is between Buildings 8 and 9.

    • Are there hot tubs at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has seven hot tubs, one by each pool.

      Their locations are as follows:

      • Pool 1 - Between Buildings 1 and 2
      • Pool 2 - Between Buildings 3 and 4
      • Pool 3 - Between Buildings 8 and 9 (This is our “quiet pool.”)
      • Pool 4 - Between Buildings 10, 11, and 12
      • Pool 5 - Behind Buildings 18 and 19

    • Is there a children’s pool at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has two children’s pools. One is located at Pool 1 (between Buildings 1 and 2), and the other is at Pool 4 (between Buildings 10, 11, and 12).

      There are also two small splash pads at Pool 6 (between Buildings 16 and 17) and Pool 7 (behind Building 20). Each splash pad area features a water bucket drop and misting spot for the kids' enjoyment.

    • Are there any activities for kids at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway offers weekly planned activities for all ages, including poolside snow cones, dive-in movies (e.g., films presented at the pools), kids' face painting, dance lessons, and other activities.

      Scuba lessons are available every Wednesday at Pool 7, located behind Building 20. For questions regarding this activity, please contact Scuba Steve at 407.433.1900.

      In addition, the Activity Center is located across the parking lot from the Registration Building (Building 20). We welcome kids of all ages, but an adult must accompany them.

      A copy of the daily resort activities is provided at check-in. You can also call the front desk at 407.396.9086 to inquire about any daily activities available during your vacation.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway have a playground?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has a children’s playground behind Buildings 4 and 5. It’s open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway have an arcade?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has an arcade/game room in Building 20 on the second floor, to the left of the elevator. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    • Where are the basketball courts located at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      There are two basketball hoops available at Vacation Village at Parkway. One is in front of Building 4, and the other is in front of Building 18.

      Basketballs can be picked up at Pool 1 (between Buildings 1/2), Pool 2 (between Buildings 3/4), and Pool 5 (behind Buildings 18/19).

    • Where is the volleyball and badminton court located at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      The volleyball and badminton court at Vacation Village at Parkway is located behind Building 7. Volleyball and badminton equipment can be picked up at Pool 3 (between Buildings 8/9).

    • Where are the nature trails located at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Vacation Village at Parkway has three beautiful nature trails where owners and guests can view turtles, ducks, exotic birds, and more.

      • From Building 1 to Parkway International (another resort nearby)

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway have a restaurant?

      No. Even though Vacation Village at Parkway does not have a restaurant on-site, we are partnered with a local vendor, “Heavenly Hot Dogs,” which is available on select days at Pool 6 (between Buildings 16 and 17). They sell hot dogs, soda, water, chips, ice cream, and more.

      There are also a variety of restaurants in the resort’s proximity, including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Wendy’s, and Twistee Treat.

    • Are there barbecue grills available at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has 22 barbecue grills around most of the buildings and pools. You can find the grills between Buildings 4 and 5, behind Buildings 7 and 12, across from Building 16, behind Buildings 18 and 19, and near Pool 7 (behind Building 20).

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway have a fitness center?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway has three fitness centers equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and multi-station strength training machines.

      Their locations are as follows:

      • On the fourth floor of Building 16
      • On the third floor of Building 20
      • On the third floor of Building 21

      The fitness centers are open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

      Vacation Village at Parkway also offers outdoor fitness equipment for our owners and guests to use. It is located in front of Buildings 16 and 17, and it is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Are public computers and printers available at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Yes. For your convenience, Vacation Village at Parkway has a business center equipped with computers and printers located inside the Registration Building (Building 20) in the front lobby. The business center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    • Where is the Vacation Village Resorts Adirondack chair to take photos located at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Vacation Village at Parkway has two oversized Adirondack chairs available for our owners and guests to sit on and take photos to share on their social media platforms using #VacationVillage.

      The blue chair is located at Pool 6 (between Buildings 16 and 17). The orange chair is near Pool 7 (behind Building 20) in front of the outdoor fire pit.

    • How are the suites laid out at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      The suites at Vacation Village at Parkway offer our owners and guests spacious one- and two-bedroom floor plans designed for maximum comfort. Each suite's living room, dining room, and kitchen are integrated for entertaining and enjoyment. All suites have ceramic tile in the living areas, kitchen, and bathroom, and carpeted floors in the bedrooms.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway have adjoining/connecting rooms?

      Yes. Vacation Village at Parkway offers two-bedroom lockoff suites, which are two adjoining one-bedroom suites with a common foyer. That means you would have two living rooms, two dining rooms, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The two one-bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.

    • How many people can each suite sleep?

      The one-bedroom suite can accommodate up to four people, which includes two individuals sleeping on a queen-size sleeper sofa. The two-bedroom lockoff suite can sleep up to eight people, four in each one-bedroom suite.

    • Which are the newest buildings at Vacation Village at Parkway?

      Buildings 20 and 21 are the most recently built buildings at Vacation Village at Parkway. Building 22 is under construction and will add 174 new A and C two-bedroom lockoff suites upon completion. Each suite in these new buildings will have 1,874 square feet of combined living space.

    • Do all the rooms have a patio or balcony?

      Yes. Each suite at Vacation Village at Parkway has a private patio or balcony with a table and chairs. Suites in Buildings 20 and 21 have screened-in patios and balconies.

    • What appliances are in the kitchen?

      A Suites feature fully-appointed kitchens equipped with a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker (a starter pack of filters is provided), toaster, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and blender.

      B and C Suites feature partial kitchens, which include most of the amenities of the A Suite, except for the stove/oven; instead, guests will have a two-burner hot plate for their cooking. B Suites do not have a dishwasher. C Suites have a dishwasher.

    • What type of cookware and dinnerware is in the kitchen?

      Most commonly used cookware, such as dishes, pots, and pans, are included in each suite. There is dinnerware for four in each one-bedroom suite.

    • What entertainment options are available in each suite?

      Each suite at Vacation Village at Parkway features a television in the living room and bedroom, a DVD player in the living room, and WiFi internet access.

    • Do all bedrooms have a king-size bed?

      +

      No. Only A and C Suites have a king-size bed in the primary bedroom. B Suites have a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom. In addition, all suites have a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.

    • Is there a jetted tub or walk-in shower in the bathroom?

      A and C Suites in Buildings 1-19 have a jetted tub in the primary bedroom and an enclosed walk-in shower with a double sink vanity in the bathroom. B Suites have a tub/shower in the bathroom.

      A and C Suites in Buildings 20 and 21 feature a standard tub and enclosed walk-in shower with a double sink vanity in the bathroom. They also have a separate vanity area. All bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

    • Is there a hair dryer?

      Yes. There is a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.

    • Does Vacation Village at Parkway provide toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash?

      No. Vacation Village at Parkway will only include a sample-size bar soap in the bathrooms. However, we recommend that you bring your own toiletries.

    • Is there a washer and dryer in the room?

      Yes. For your convenience, all suites at Vacation Village at Parkway have a washer and dryer except for Buildings 1 and 2. In those buildings, there are shared washers and dryers on every floor except for the first floor.

    • Is there an iron and ironing board?

      Yes. Each suite has an iron and ironing board.

    • Is there a safe?

      Yes. Each suite has a safe with an electronic keypad in the primary bedroom closet.
